We prepare development sites for our end clients and tenants in the areas we own, as well as possible cooperation in selecting a site of interest according to their requirements.
In individual projects we provide a comprehensive product from design and modification of the use of space, processing of individual stages of project documentation, in-house construction to property management and maintenance, which are available to you in the form of three main products - rental, BTS (built-to-suit) or BTO (built-to-own).
In 2015, it was put into use as a multi-tenant building with production and warehouse space with tenants’ office facilities under one roof. The building also serves as the headquarters of our company in the Czech Republic.
