Beginning of construction of a new facility for Burger King in Havířov
Construction of a new facility for the Burger King restaurant will begin in the Globus area on „U Skleníkov“ Street in Havířov. The development group Antracit received a valid building permit and handed over the construction site to the supplier company HAMPR a.s. from Vendryne, which was selected from the tender.
The new construction of the Burger King restaurant will be built on unused space next to the washing line and the Globus fuel filling station. The total area affected by the intention is approximately 2500 m², of which the built-up area of the restaurant itself is 280 m². Communications and paved areas will occupy 1,580 m2, while greenery will be spread over an area of 610 m².
The building permit became valid on June 4, 2024, and the construction itself began on June 5, 2024. The bare structure will be handed over to the future tenant and operator, Rex Concepts BK Czech s.r.o., in early September 2024. After the handover of the bare structure, the final adjustments to the interior will continue, so that the restaurant can be opened before Christmas 2024.
