In our logistics complex in Nad Porubkou, a borough of the city Ostrava, we have started negotiations with potential clients concerning the long-term lease of warehouse and office space offered by the Nad Porubkou Industrial Area.

The subject of our negotiations is the rental of up to 5,300 m2 of warehouse space in the logistics centre in the NP4 building. The NP4 building has valid building permits and the premises can be delivered within 6 months from the conclusion of an agreement. After the last NP4 building is occupied, this development project will boast with 100% occupancy and your brand will be surrounded by many major brands, such as TNT or HLT.
