We are happy to announce that we have decided to support the sports activities of children and youth within TJ Sokol City Touskov. The donated amount will be used to develop activities in 2024, which includes not only the purchase of sports equipment such as balls, but also contributions for coaches and the support of various sports sections, including football, volleyball, cycling, badminton and tennis.

We present a new housing project in the historic core of Ostrava. Villa Dvořákova, located on the corner of Dvořáková and Prívozská streets, will receive a complete renovation and extension. This villa from 1895, which originally served as a family residence with a unique garden, has been abandoned and in a bad state for several years. The original villa will be preserved, but it will undergo a complete reconstruction and extension, creating a new residential building that will not only restore the original beauty of this historic building, but also adapt it to the current standards of modern living.

We are expanding our logistics area in Senec in Slovakia.

Construction of a new facility for the Burger King restaurant will begin in the Globus area on „U Skleníkov“ Street in Havířov. The development group Antracit received a valid building permit and handed over the construction site to the supplier company HAMPR a.s. from Vendryne, which was selected from the tender.

Our new project, the Multifunctional House Václav, will soon come to life in the historic centre of Ostrava. The complex promises high-quality rental housing, attractive office and commercial spaces, and will thus replace an unsightly gap next to the church of St. Václav, long used as a parking lot.

The beginning of the year also brought the ceremonial opening of our property ANTRACIT Spot built for the purposes of Argi Academy gymnastics and sports center.
